Returns & Refunds Policy

GleeArt guarantees quality and satisfaction with all purchased paintings.

All purchased paintings carry a 14 day 100% refund or exchange

To return a painting for refund you need to;

- inform us of the return request within the 14 days of receiving it by email at sales@gleeart.com.au or filling out our contact us form here with your order number and full name.

- pay for the return postage and provide us with the tracking details so that we can track the painting time frame for return.

If you are choosing to exchange the painting you need to; 

- inform us, of the return request within the 14 days of receiving the painting, by email at sales@gleeart.com.au or by filling out our, 'contact us form' here, with your order number, full name and the painting name and price, that you are wanting to exchange it for. 

If the exchange painting is of a lower value, a refund of the difference will be issued to the form of payment you used when purchasing the initial painting.

If the exchange painting is of a higher value, we will forward an email to you relating to the difference in value, with an invoice and payment request. Payment is required prior to the exchanged painting being sent. 

All paintings must be sent back and received before the exchanged painting, selected, will be shipped. 

All paintings returned are quality checked for original condition. 

Please note 

Prior to packaging and shipping, GleeArt creates a condition report and a time stamped photo of the painting for insurance purposes. This report and photo is used to check the quality of original condition when paintings are returned.
